Roda Golf Course membership conditions.
Main characteristics
Roda Golf Course is a private sporting facility located within the Roda Golf & Beach Resort complex. To sign up to use the facilities and be eligible for membership of the Roda Golf Course, a Golfing Rights permit must be acquired, which has the following main characteristics:
- - Valid for 25 years.
- - Two types of membership: individual and family.
- - Only the owners of Roda Golf & Beach Resort homes may buy golfing rights and only one permit may be acquired per home.
- - The rights may be sold only to another homeowner.
- - There is no monthly maintenance quota, as is required in many other establishments.
- - Exclusive availability of annual, quarterly, monthly subscriptions or a pass for 15 rounds per year.
Rights of the titleholders
While the rights are extremely broad and are defined within the Internal Rules & Regulations, the following points are worth noting:
- - The option of reserving tee-off times which take priority over the general public.
- - Exclusive changing rooms and lockers for golfing rights titleholders, access to the bags and golf equipment guarded service.
- - Exclusive availability of the above-mentioned subscriptions.
- - Availability of the golf course and the facilities outside of the period covered by the titleholder's subscription, at reduced tariffs.
Titleholders and their dependents will receive official identification cards.
